Lawrence J. Boudloche

 

Lawrence J. Boudloche is a founder and a director of WoodCreek Development Company. Mr. Boudloche founded WoodCreek Development Company in 1999 together with Mr. Maxwell in order to pursue various business ventures related to property acquisition and the development of master-planned, high-end communities.

They began the process of acquiring, master-planning and developing WoodCreek Reserve as well as creating the first residential in-city MUD in the City of Katy. Currently, Mr. Boudloche provides development services for WoodCreek Development Company in the assemblage of properties and development planning/construction. During the last decade WoodCreek Development Company has acquired over 3,000 acres in the Houston Region and is currently developing Crown Ranch, another 4,000 acre master-planned community in Magnolia, Texas.

In a business career covering forty plus years, Mr. Boudloche has served as Vice President in charge of development of Trendmaker Development Company, a subsidiary of the Weyerhaeuser Corporation; Senior Vice President of Parkway Investments Inc. of Texas; Vice President and Director of Development of Wolf, Morgan and Company; Vice President of The Mischer Corporation; and Planner in charge of major thoroughfares and subdivision activity for the City of Houston. In his capacity with these companies, Mr. Boudloche has managed projects and assorted business ventures worth several billion dollars.

Mr. Boudloche completed the development of and provided general real estate management service to the Green Tree Commercial Center at I-10 and Fry Road. Mr. Boudloche aided in the creation of several in-city (Houston) municipal utility districts as well as master-planned communities all around the Houston Region. In the process of managing projects, Mr. Boudloche has supervised property assemblage, planning and engineering firms, law firms, coordinated construction, advertising and marketing activities. Mr. Boudloche is considered one of the “top” developers in the entire state and is widely respected in the development community.

A sampling of projects Mr. Boudloche has managed are: the development of The Parkway – Eldridge Road between Westheimer and Buffalo Bayou; Via Ranch (later renamed Grand Lakes); Greens Trails and Green Tree Center subdivisions; Park 10; Briargrove Park subdivision; Inwood Forest; the creation of the first in-city (Houston) single family MUD #335 (Lakes of Parkway); and Green Tree Commercial Center.
